Attendance-based billing becomes compulsory in 2027.

The Luxembourg Ministry of Education, Children and Youth (MENJE) has revised the fee-calculation method for registered crèches under the Chèque-Service Accueil (CSA) framework. Flynn does the sums, produces your invoices and stores everything in the format MENJE requires. You get on with the children.
